Strength & Flexibility

Mat Pilates for the younger students in the studio to improve range of mobility across all joint ranges. Increase strength to aid in deep flexibility adding to a healthy foundation for in depth exploration of dance. Not only do we need to train our joints to move within their full ranges and stretch to their healthy capacities, but increase strength to then hold a limb within that extended range of capacity. Great add-on for any dancer in two or more classes a week.
